IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

There is no minimum order.

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

By contacting JEP RENTALS through our contact page above or by phone. We will prepare an estimate for you to review. if you wish to confirm the reservation, a security deposit is required to hold the reservation.

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Typically our rentals are for 2 - 4 hours. However we do have daily rates.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The sooner the better. Our items can be booked fairly quickly especially during peak rental season.

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION? WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?

Subject to availability, you may change your rental for  up to 48 before your event. Some restrictions may apply.
