IS THERE A MINIMUM ORDER SIZE?

Yes. There is a minimum order of 2 Machines or $500.

 

HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

By calling JEP RENTALS at 416-661-4108 x 1.  (You may also contact us through our contact page.) We will prepare an estimate for you to review. if you wish to confirm the reservation, a security deposit is required to hold the reservation.

 

IS THERE A DAILY RATE?

Typically our rentals are for 2 - 4 hours. However we do have daily rates.

WHEN DO I NEED TO MAKE A RESERVATION?

The sooner the better. Our items can be booked fairly quickly especially during peak rental season. In addition, we may also need to order supplies for our concession machines.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY RESERVATION? WHAT IS YOUR POLICY?

Subject to availability, you may change your rental for  up to 48 before your event. Some restrictions may apply.
